Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at [info@e-websitesolutions.eu] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the following model withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you communicated your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to custom/personalized items.
